We do collect limited anonymized technical data(like app performance and device type) to keep things running smoothly and improve the app. If you decide to stop using Safe, you can delete your documents at any time. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”), we refer to the Safe Wallet as the “App”. The App is brought to you bySpruce Systems, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
Information we collect

- Content: For the purposes of this Policy, your “Content” means any data, images, or other content that you either: (i) publish, upload to, or use in conjunction with the App; (ii) make available in conjunction with the App, or (iii) allow the App to access. Content may include Personal Information, if there is Personal Information contained within the Content. You are under no obligation to submit Content to us; but, if you choose to submit Content to us (whether via the App or otherwise), we will collect, manage, and store that Content in accordance with this Policy.
- Personal Information: For the purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other information you provide when you provide us with Content, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us.

Your Content is Stored Locally
Please note that the App stores your Content locally (i.e., on your own device). You can remove, modify, or delete your Content at any time. We are not custodians of your Content, nor do we keep or store copies of your Content. Instead, when you submit Content to the App, certain functions (e.g., text extraction or categorization) may be processed by a third-party vision-language model (a “VLM”). This processing happens temporarily, in memory only. Neither we nor the VLM store, retain, or share your Content (nor any part of it) after processing is complete.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent for processing your data.
